EarlyBird is published by Ioannis Goulias. Contact info@earlybird.live. The plugin lets you access matches and alert preferences from an existing EarlyBird account through a compatible OpenAI service. Use of those third-party services is subject to their separate terms.
Your account and permissions
Use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in details private. You choose whether to allow read access and whether to grant write access for preference changes. Review requested changes before authorizing them. You may disconnect the plugin and request server-side revocation through support.
What the plugin does
Tools retrieve available job matches, inspect job details, summarize opportunities, and read or update selected alert preferences. The plugin does not apply to jobs, contact employers, promise employment, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, budget, legitimacy, or outcome of a third-party job listing. Verify relevant details on Upwork before acting.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's account, obtain credentials, evade access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Respect third-party intellectual property and applicable platform rules. EarlyBird is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork or OpenAI.
Existing subscriptions
The plugin accesses capabilities available through your existing EarlyBird account. It does not sell subscriptions, offer upgrades, initiate checkout, or charge a separate ChatGPT access fee. Any existing subscription remains governed by the agreement under which you obtained it. Disconnecting the plugin does not cancel that subscription.
Availability and responsibility
Results can change as listings become unavailable or criteria change. The service may be interrupted, and failed requests may need to be retried. You remain responsible for your decisions and applications. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
