Connection problems

Check that you can sign in to your existing EarlyBird account. If your connection has expired, disconnect EarlyBird in ChatGPT and reconnect. Choose the permissions needed for your task; changing preferences requires write access.

No job matches

Check your saved skills and minimum budgets. Try a longer date window or less restrictive search criteria. A search override does not change your saved alerts.

Privacy and account requests

Use the subject “EarlyBird plugin data request” and identify your EarlyBird account email. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or server-side connection revocation. Never include passwords, access tokens, payment details, or API keys in your email. We may need to verify that you control the account.

Disconnecting the plugin stops its use through your ChatGPT connection. It is not a request to delete your EarlyBird account or cancel an existing subscription.
